REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene standards and our limited small-batch inventory, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.
Refunds Are Only Approved If:
• The item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You provide photo or video proof
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Refunds Are NOT Provided For:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Pre-order delays
• Discounted or final sale items
• Normal wear and tear
• Any item worn, washed, tried on, or with deodorant/makeup marks
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges, as inventory is limited and items cannot be resold once opened or tried on.
